Code 440 and 442 & ebay Factory Service Manual?

I have a CEL, checked codes, got a PO440 and 442 EVAP Emission control system malfunction and Leak (small). What causes this?

I also found this on ebay, anyone bought this for the Tacoma? It's cheap, they email you a pdf for $7.44.
2002 Tacoma, 5 speed, 3.4L, 4wd, 77,000KM.
