    I like my aluminum skids but the only thing that sucks with them on a stock truck is that you’re scraping everything. You can look at mine next time we do something. The hardest thing I’ve done with them on is flagpole.

    I personally think aluminum skids are a market ploy, they cost more than steel, and offer less protection, in the places where you should have the MOST protection. And as someone who has never owned an aluminum skid, That makes me an expert.
