    Yeah, I need new rear suspension anyway. Adding even more weight would not be a wise move before I upgrade the springs

    haha my rear end is begging for some weight back there with the dakars and the aal, i feel like i still wont be sitting level with a tire carrier and a shell.

    I'm stock springs with 2.5" shackles and a shell...with a long history of flexing. They are very flat and wobbly

    Whenever I can afford and get the time. Right now, headlights are the biggest concern because my lights are basically candles with mirrors behind them. I was saving money for a Chevy 63" swap and shock relocation, but that might get put on hold until after headlights. I have been thinking about just getting an AAL as a band-aid for the meantime though

    yep! my tailgate opens just fine, and the straps are very similar to a backpack without the padding, i have a plastic cover on my tailgate, i haven't had any issues with rubbing or scratching, but i keep it fairly empty, with just a few cans, misc trash.
