Pumped to see what it looks like to have the toprac/cabrac setup on a first gen! Aren't the first gen racks a touch narrower than the 2nd? Is he doing a custom width for your shell rack?

well.... i messaged zach to ask if i needed to get something custom made, and he said "The racks are the same between the two models so no need to specify anything."

Interesting, I've always gotten the impression that the 2nd gen stuff was a touch wider, but that makes sense for his end to have the 1st gen cabrac match the width of the 2nd gen, only one length of crossbar.

The length is the same but the width is slightly different to match the cabrac on the 1st gens. Since I have so few 1st gen rack orders I just note it as they come in.

Hahaha! People say what they say about them, but I've put my Baja tube bumper through hell and its held up outstandingly, I couldn't pass up the deal for this one, plus it's the only plate bumper that will work with my still useable all pro skids! So it just kind of worked out.. I think she's preeeetyyyyyy

I also got these Baja design sport LEDs for the new fog light cut outs on the bumper, I am in love with them so far, they are very pretty to look at imo. I can't wait to see the light output on them.

Nice. I've been interested in seeing how Baja Designs lights compare to Rigid Industries. Seems like more and more people are getting Baja Designs.

Yeah man, I'll post up some feedback after I actually get to use them.

I was gonna go with all-pro plate but didn't like that I had to use their skids only

Yeah it's kind of weird, they're skids have held up ok, I dropped the truck off a decent ledge in Moab so the ones god a massive dent I need to it I need to see if I can smack out, but the thing still sits straight so I can't complain too much.

This is the main reason I didn't buy their bumper.

And in reply to the comment about hanging a hammock from the rack to a tree, I did it several times off of my camper shell rack and it was fine. Granted I'm a tall lanky dude and weigh about 145lbs wet.
