coil overs or lift kit

I'm debating whether to get fox 2.0 coil over that will ad a 2 in lift to my taco (which is stock) or a skyjacker 2-3.5 in kit with hydro or nitro shocks.

 

Same questions as for every lift thread, need more info.

- What are your needs/wants for the truck?

- What's your budget?

- What are your deciding factors?

 

Want to go trailing and mudding as well as pre running. I'm willing to spend around 1000.

Coil-overs. I just mid traveled the rear and it's just ten times better there, waiting to do the front. Sooner or later the ride on the kit will kill you so save the money and just get the quality stuff first, especially if you're gonna be wheeling.
