Coil Packs Wont Fit On Top Of Spark Plugs

    2.7 swap for a 2.4
    the coil packs have holes on them so you can bolt them down in the head but my head on the 2.4 does not have the threads on to bolt them down.

    what should i do?

    should i cut the holes off and make them fit? or is there another way?

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Try using the valve cover off the 3rz. or you can place the packs in the valve cover and drill and tap your own holes. Do it off of the motor of course and use some sealant on the threads.

    if i take the valve cover off the 2.7 3rz will it fit the 2.4 2rz?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Im pretty sure they go thru the valve cover, and bolt into the head.

    ya but mine wont so can i take 2.7 cover and put it on the 2.4 though
    without having any problems?

    Yes, they should be the same. The difference bewtween the 2rz and 3rz are in the block as far as I know.
