These are 14 by 3, will they fit on bilstein 5100s? Also how much lift could I expect if I set bilsteins on 0 and used these? Screenshot_2016-08-23-21-29-10.jpg Screenshot_2016-08-23-21-29-24.jpg

    No. They're for adjustable coilovers.

So my other option is 5100s with ome 887s and add spacers. I'm trying to go the cheap route to get back to 3 inch lift and counter the weight of my plate bumper with 9k winch. I currently have stock coils with 2.5 spacers but they are sagging

They're not as stiff with the weight of a bumper on them. Besides, a little stiffness is better than the front nose diving down around hard turns and brakes. That's just the nature of having a plate bumper
