coil spring rate/length

    does anyone know the front coil length and spring rate for a stock coil on a v6 access cab? im trying to compare them to the ome's...everyone i ask gives me a different answer as to how much lift i'll get out of the OME...

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    I read the stock spring is 14" long. I never thought to measure mine when they were removed. :eek:
