Coilover Banging down after compression

Hi Guys,

I've notice that when I go over speed bumps my Icon coilover on the drivers side bangs down pretty hard. I finally took it offroad today and over the larger whoop D's I experienced the same hard banging recovery of the shock. The passenger side reacts as it should with no loud bang. Is this a bad shock?
