    Hey guys, I had someone comment on one of my videos about his coilover's springs rubbing on his cv. He got the same shocks I did (fox 2.5 ifp) but obviously has a 4wd. I just wanted to try and get a helpful response for him. I don't know much about the fitment of these shocks in his application since my truck is a prerunner. Anyone heard of this or had problems with it? If so what's the solution?

    Also my channel if anyone is interested

    I've heard of the brake banjo bolt hitting some coilovers at full lock before with certain combos of brake upgrades and shocks, but never hitting the CV. Not really sure how that's possible.

    Need pics...

    Yeah I think he might not be calling stuff by their correct name I was just trying to be helpful. Hopefully it gets resolved though he hasn't responded yet so I'm not sure :/

    @ThatRedYota

    I'm installing the same coilovers on my 99 4x4 and had the same issue, rotated the spring so the end of the spring was positioned towards axle and it just clears the cv... (see photo)

    Maybe the guy already figured it out but someone might find this helpful in the future.

    Or if he had the misalignment spacers backwards that would do it. Larger spacer should be to the back.
