I installed some fabtech dirt logic 2.5's and they rub on my cv's with the wheel turned full lock left or right, did i end up with 2wd coilovers? is a diff drop going to correct this? i have them cranked down to equal about 1.5 to 2" of lift.

    98, 2.7, 5spd, 4wd, manual hubs

You are missing part of the lower bushing.

both of the lower bushings are there, not noticeable in the first photo so much but the second one shows both of them. should one bushing be shorter then the other? all 4 appeared to be the same size

According to Fabtech's instructions, there should be a long bushing and a short bushing for each shock. Long bushing goes toward the rear to space the shock away from the driveshaft: http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/files/FT2500Ki.pdf

Call up Fabtech and order a set of those bushings.

Yea the lower rod end is supposed to be longer for 4x4's to clear the CVs. You've got the 2WD rod ends on there

Looks like a diff drop may help slightly as well. Don't know if you have one already or not, but if not, I would suggest it just to help move the CV a little further away.

Waiting on your results to decide whether to get them or not. Seems everyone is going/has gone the Toytec or OME route. I decided on the Fabtech coilovers since I'm getting the All-Pro expedition springs out back. I didn't want the factory rake to still be there. Hopefully the .5" additional lift from these Fabtech's will suck that up. That's my thought process anyways.

The issue does not appear to be the heims or at the eyelet at all, from the picture I would say the rod end on the COs was designed for the prerunner. The prerunners are able to get away with a shorty rod end (eyelet adapter) and the 4x4 can not.

The spacers at the heims will not solve this, the coilover needs to be reconfigured using the appropriate lower spring seat, rod end, and correct coil depending on the expected lift and/or model truck.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Looks like you have the spacer on the wrong side. I think I can see it in the pic; if so, no need to order parts, just pull the bolt and put the spacer on the other side.

Donahoe CO's, Deaver leaf paks, Lockright Locker, All Pro body armor ( sliders, front and rear bumpers ), All Pro under belly skids, Warn M8K w/Masterpull synthetic line, Dual Optima battery system, 4 ea LightForce Striker 170 offroad lights, 8 ea wired rock lights, and plenty more I'm sure
I had the same fabtech 2.5's

long side of the spacer faces towards the rear.
that will shift the CO forward enough to clear the CV.
