What do you want to know? The 3 you listed are all entirely different.
The Bilstiens are a Non rebuildable CO, while the Icons are a digressive valved CO, and the Rad flows are progressive valved.

I want to know if they ride smooth on and off road and what does digressive valved CO and progressive valved mean.

Depending on spring rate, correct. However, Icon can custom valve a CO for you. If you spend most time on the street, have them soften up the low speed dampening. I personally prefer the Icons as they take big hits better than the Rad flows.

If i do that from icon will it then make the ride smooth on and off road?
