Hi guys I am a noob  when it comes to suspension. I want to replace my stock coils I have new bilstein HD shocks. Which coils do you recommend me? Would it help my ride quality, stiffer or smoother? Would it lift the front of my truck? Thanks in advance

Given the amount of info you provided about your truck, I can safely recommend you go with steel ones.

He was basically asking you to give us all more info on your truck. Such as year, cab type, engine, lifted vs. stock, etc.
