    has anybody made a homemade cia for the 2.7? i want to keep the stock airbox but run pipe for there to the intake. cause all those silencers and wrinkles in the hoses have to be restrictive.

    i sweat i just read a really old thread on how a guy made like a homemade force induction CAI thing that looked cool...can't find the damn thing now tho..

    But yea Deckplate mod is the best. I just did it...can't say i notice much tho..but i need a new filter too.

    Edit: HAHA!! found it!!...sorry its for the 3.4l..but this is still a cool idea i think..would be easier for you to plumb i think..
