    There is much debate about that, what I can tell is that to me it is more responsive and it sounds a hell of a lot better than stock. The thought of an engine failure because of an air filter doesn’t come close to my radar.

    It happened, I was the one that started the thread. You guys think this thread is discussing different air filters? That thread was brutal. Bottom line, the guy had an aftermarket setup, it let fine silt into the engine and Toyota denied warranty. Boom.

    I think the only aftermarket CAI or filters and parts that wont void the warranty are the TRD parts aftermarket items
