This seems like a simple and somewhat cheap mod. I'm wondering if a short ram intake would be better for then a cold air intake ?

I have a 99 Tacoma 4x4 I'm wondering if this mod is even worth while and which would be better ?

your best bet is a deckplate mod, it yields better power then both

I've got a Short Ram. I really like it, but I wouldve done the deck plate if I knew of it.
