I have just completed my first mod; I added 265/70R17s with a m/t classic III 17x9 rim. I also added pro comp shocks to give a little extra lift. I am now thinking about adding a K&N air intake. What type of mileage gain should I expect to gain?

    you gain nothing.

Stock is already a cold air intake. the ONLY time where you will see gains with an aftermarket intake is on a supercharged truck running a smaller than stock pully... of which you better have your fuel system upgraded.
