    For what it's worth, St.Germain does sound like an island.

    Also, I could totally see buying a CAI for the increased sound (says the guy who bought a Pro for lack of moonroof). Also would be easy to provide OP solid data on that endpoint.

    I went with the TRD intake. Sounds great over stock. But that's probably about it.

    I tried....they did not have the hub adapter to fit my truck. So I have been trying to find either a chassis dyno or mustang dyno. I would prefer chassis dyno though since its more accurate.

    A mustang dyno is a type of chassis dyno. It appears you're not trying very hard.

    Mustang dyno is a roller style dyno from what I have been told. A chassis dyno bolts up the the hubs. Have I been misinformed? And I expect a lot of :crapstorm: until I actually get it done, even people claiming I am not looking when Im posting email chains from shops showing the opposite lol

    It doesn’t matter if you use a inertia, chassis, engine, ect. You are just going for change. That’s what a dynos real purpose is for, measuring change/differences.

    If you can read... you will find I have been attempting to use both styles pf Dyno so not sure what you mean by "doesnt get it".

    Yeah, he was highly recommended by most people I talked to, he said my truck was too long just by a little bit. Apparently its not very common for long truck mine mine to book Dyno's around here. I tried hitting up Matt at OvTune but I'm sure hes way to busy for my myth busters experiment haha

    You have been misinformed. Two main types of chassis dyno - inertia and eddy current. Mustang is an eddy. The type that bolts in place of your wheels is an eddy. DynoJet is typically an inertia, but some have an additional eddy current module attached.

    Not sure if this was mentioned, or if anyone remembers it, but I had my nephew's Gen-3 Taco on my DynoJet a few months ago, and I posted actual results. I tested it with the factory drop-in filter, then retested with NO element at all in it - ZERO difference in performance. The filter was not brand new either, I tapped it and had a fair amount of dust fell out of it.
