I always thought of Texting and driving like playing Russian Roulette with your vehicle. I've seen it all over the years, people reading newspapers over the steering wheel, Women putting on make up, and my old boss even worked on his lap top while driving 70mph. The things people do when they should be concentrating on their driving, boggles the mind.
