    It’s been to the dealer twice both times they tell me that this is normal engine noise. I’ve driven this truck over 100,000 miles and started it 1000 times and it does not sound normal to me. Any ideas what it might be?

    Sounds like maybe a shot pulley or the timing chain slapping on the chain guide?
