Yeah. The idea for this one is just a swappable wheeling driveshaft, so it may end up being more of a pain to swap in and out than it's worth, but not much else I can do with that damaged driveshaft anyway so why not. haha

It's funny you say that about the dirt. A jeep parked next to me at my sons schools open house tonight. He had 6 pairs of rigid duallys up front and another pair in the back, yet not a single mark on it that would indicate it has wet seen anything more than maybe the beach.

    holy duallys! that's crazy lol

I actually talked to the owner of this jeep a couple weeks ago, but never parked next to it before. he outright said that he never goes on anything more than dirt roads. not that he had to tell me though. if he really wheeled, he would have a much different front bumper, and those giant plastic flares would be replaced with steel ones, or just left off completely.

It would look nothing like that. Jeeps fall apart when you wheel them hard. This was my old POS it was on 35" MTRs and ended up with blown axle seals 2 power steering pumps and the fender flares lasted maybe a week before they broke off not to mention it had zero power. huje4uzu_2b18226acef08c079e50ca36367bbc79a8eca5b7.jpg

I just cant imagine spend that much money on all those duallys for no other reason than to light up the street. What a waste.

at least you took the wings off of the front bumper.......or they fell off. either way, good call. i actually do like jeeps, but simply as a platform. they come with severely undersized axles and connecting equipment.

on another note, i wish i had gotten to see your jeep before you sold it. it's nice to see 2 door among the 4 door craze going on now.

i feel like that would get really cluttered too. might as well jsut go with a single big bar at that point.

They actually were taken off by a tree..... Jeep was fun and being a 2 door it didn't get high centered as easily as taco would but I was stupid about it too and I removed the front swaybar and it became a death trap on the highway. I spent way too much money on the MTRs as well as some metal fenders not pictured there. I was even gonna pull the trigger on the double throwdown kit from EVO until I realized I'd rather go back to a taco than to build a jeep for high speed offroad stuff. Here's a pic from the day I jumped it and it hated it :)ta9y8emu_c274f02a12a825c9aaa1bfd6ca707ce2f8c527ff.jpg
