    i use a 110 wire feed :cool:
    technique technique technique........

    my tooooob bends before the welds fail. i forget what the numbers were, but i had a couple of my welds tested at our materials testing lab back in FL and they passed with flying colors.

    gotcha. i was trying to think of what you would be doing with half inch on a truck :laugh:

    I just put together a weld package we're sending out for bid that has a couple of pretty intense welds. 72'' diameter stainless steel piping with 2'' wall thickness. i want to see that welder :eek:

    i'm excited to get out on site next year and see it happen. some crazy pre and post weld heat treatment. last time i say anything with a similar temperature and duration, it was for some crazy hydroformed 7000 series aluminum.

    that's a good looking gate. i'd be proud of it.
