farmo re durable than paint/powdercoat/bedliner/etc. and because of how the galvanic process works, even if you scratch the coating, it still provides cathodic protection, and will continue to prevent rust on the scratched portion.

stuff I used it technically door trim. got it from the autoparts store. comes in chrome, black, and sometimes clear.

That's the same stuff I used to. Got it at autozone for like $10 or so.

 

yea I was checking out that wire its so legit looking, this reminds me I need to buy some of that door edging for when I grow a set/get a day or two off and install my HC bumper

 

What rig are those pics from??? Would love to see an over all shot.

 

Did you get it yet? If so why haven't I seen a picture of this bumper yet?

you're gonna hate me, but i had some 120 over the weekend, fresh from the tap. it's brewed up in the northeast (delaware i believe?) and they have a beer joint near where my parents live. pretty nice resturaunt, with all of thier beers on tap. every once in a while, they'll even bring out a "test" that hasn't hit the streets, to see if they want to do a full bottling run.

also had this last night. not mind boggling good, but still pretty tasty.

Going ti have to snag some of that 120 on the way home today. There are even a few bottles of Sam Adams Utopia there as well. But until my fridge arrives, it will have to remain there.

 

lol, offer is still open. i'd be happy to drop off my minifridge that's currently not being used, if you want to keep the beer stash cold.

The military loves safety wire as well. It is on tons and tons of bolts on military vehicles. haha

 

I don't mind safety wire, I just hate drilling the bolts.

 

it sure gets used a lot. just haven't had time to find a place for it in the new apartment

it's nice to not have to retorque bolts

i was spoiled. when i was working in our machine shop in florida, i ordered pre-drilled hardware

 

But it's a bitch if you ever have to remove them. haha Wire cutters help and then you have to make sure you have more wire on hand to rewire them when you put them back on...
