her father is convinced that he is paying for the wedding. he's very traditional. however as convenient as that would be, i do not want him to do that. I'm pretty lucky though. my dad has been photographing weddings for almost 40 years, and there is a very nice industry wide "professional courtesy" withing the wedding arena. i haz the hookup

that big storm dump on you guys yet? we had a lot of people who couldn't make it back to work today from their vacations because of shut down airports.

 

started snowing at dinnertime - got 4" so far & no signs of stopping.

News says we could get 6-9" by tomorrow morning.

going to turn my truck into a sled again.

 

time for some more ice skating. last year when i crawled out of my tent that morning, the fresh snow measured right at a foot. not sure how much old snow/crust was below that. being that was on top of a mountain, you could very well see the same results this weekend with a 6''-9'' prediction. wish i could join you again. who all's going?

Mark, wherever you are, i was digging through a bad of parts jsut now, looking for something i needed to get my rock crawler rc up and running again, and i found those grade 12 wheels studs i was telling you about. I'll try to remember to bring them over next time now that i know where they are.

best of luck i'd say you'll be amazed at the difference they make, but i'm not sure if you'll see it in the snow, since anything above a blue is body panel scuicide.

i'm slowly upgrading the driveline components on that thing to stainless to jeff-proof it. i started working on getting my RC crawler up and running last night. still need a few more things for that, but that it doesn't go fast enough for jeff to break lol.

The grade 12s are the wheels studs that Spidertrax uses. had one break on meright before summer. was just going to get some toyota ones until i found the spider grade 12s

i also have some pictures i need to post for you. when i was in VA, i went to the dealership where my dad is getting his maserati. same dealership sells ferarris and lamborghinis, and it turns out that they sponsor/run a race team out of their shop. centerlock wheels and all on these things. i'll upload them here when i have some time later today.
