That's what I was thinking. The spacers he uses are a weak point in my eyes.

I need to keep this think tucked as close to the roof as possible. I do have to park in some short garages and don't want to lose that ability. More than likely I'll use that wider profile above and tap the two holes for bolting purposes. I need to break out some cardboard and lay out the side panels.

I love my pressbrake. Only used it a few times so far but I love it. Can't go wrong with more tools.

I can be available when you have time. I don't see why we can't do it at my place. I just need to get all of the fluids ordered.

10-4. i'll have to grab my impact from Mark's house before we tackle that one. that's a fair number of larger diameter bolts that i don't feel like taking out by hand.....

Either way works. The 20lb is my solution for not having a compressor. The 10lb stays in the truck. Besides, I can get it filled just down the road from my place for $18. Not worried about it.

You'd better weld some pipe sleeves on that handle so you can slip in a cheater bar.

Think my building would mind if if set some anchors in the parking lot to hold one of those? :D

if you can't turn it, you just back off the pressure from the center wheel.

Just checked on Harbor freight, they're on sale for $169!

Maybe fab up a mount to hold it in the receiver on the back bumper? I don't think we'll twist a piece of solid 2" square stock.
