    Something about pressurizing fuel and the ability for it to instantly mist or vaporize seems like a bad idea but it could just be me.

    If it's just a transfer there's no need for it to mist, just fast flow would be ideal.

    it's in a good spot that gravity would work, but for the tank setup and my means of mounting it, it realy doesn't cater for a gravity fed system, without the need to prime it every time you want to transfer the fuel over.

    outlet is on the top. you can see the aluminum fitting in one of the pictures. it has a pickup tube with a filter screen on it dropped down to the bottom of the tank. for a bottom drain, you'd have to drill a hole and put a new fitting in.

    Those are the start of the new rear bumper that's going to sit under the flatbed. They'll be thicker of course, just cut them out of 10 gauge to see how my measurements lined up.

    I only need two of them, just cut an extra to reinforce the steps it takes to setup and run the plasma table.

    Edit:

    You can see the recovery points in this sketchup mockup. I didn't fully model the frame plates in this model though.

    I'm going to cut the cheek plates out of 1/4" plate and weld them on. They're not needed for bearing, they'll just take the slop out of the shackle.
