    Yep. I haven't talked to him since the 2nd day he had the S/C and that has been almost a month ago now. I imagine he may have fixed it by now. Not sure though.

    The other 2nd gen specific snorkel is said to have huge intake tubing...air something...

    Brunes is supercharged and has an Airflow snorkel. Not sure if he's hooked it up yet though

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    There you go airflow America... 4" inlet piping. 430$ and designed specifically for the 05+ and hooks straight up. No need for some funky afterthought piping...when I pull the trigger it's that one.

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    I think they both are ugly...but their function makes them sexy. And at least the airflow one is designed for the tacoma instead on being a "sorta fits" like the safari.

    the safari fits just fine :notsure:

    plus, I would have had to go custom with the airflow too with my aftermarket intake. so it was no extra work than an airflow.

    I actually have zero bends from the snorkel into the engine bay since I modified the snorkel itself. :anonymous:

    Agreed... The airflow one may have a larger diameter intake but it looks goofy...

    Cool, that's encouraging! i based the purchase off of youtube videos and the review from a friend who only installed them last week :eek:

    you just cut the 90* off of the snorkel itself, so it comes straight out of the snorkel, perpendicular to the fender?
