Moving down to my dorm tomorrow morning at ASU. School starts Monday.

Pretty excited and kinda nervous about it. One thing that sucks is I forgot to get my parking pass early, so my parking spot is a good mile away from my dorm:mad: But now im thinking about keeping the regular cab through college and spend all my extra money modding it. Any ideas?

Haha yeah it is pretty intimidating with the amount of people, but I think I should be good. And schiz94, I wanna get a smaller bed cover so if I find one and I have enough money to buy it, I will haha

Yea, I'm not that familiar with the AZ area even though I do go there every year for spring training. Have been to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe I think? Not to sure. I really like the area though.

none except for crappy hub caps and floor mats.
Don't blow all your extra money on mods. If you have any extra, which in college is a luxury, save it so that when you get out you'll have a pad before you get a job. That and if you start saving for retirement now, you'll be able to retire decades earlier. All it takes is around 15-20k by the time you're 25 to make yourself worth almost a million bucks. Sorry to sound like a hard ass, but my bro graduated 3 months ago and he was dead broke. Never saved a cent. He's still broke.

Don't spend money on mods for the truck....you'll need that money for other stuff. Like...laundry detergent, fabric softener, tooth paste, deoderant, & such. You'll also need money to go out to eat when the cafeteria food sucks royal ass!! (It sucks anyway, but some days are worse than others). Or money for a soda & drinks when you're not at the cafeteria. Gas money....etc.
Not to mention, the $2 or more to get into all those apartment parties. :D

    Been there done that myself.....

    Yes I did! Thanks!

I'm going to San Diego City College and just doing general ed for now. I'll be researching more majors that SDSU offers and then take the prerequisite classes at SDCC so I'm all set when I transfer. :D

    Hardwire radar detector. Tube steps.
I didn't go to ASU, but when I was in college I used to park in BFE and I just threw my mountain bike in the back of my old truck, a 97 Ranger POS, and ride to class. It worked for me and it was free to park.

Oh, no. I didn't black out. Well not at ASU anyway. USC has some good parties. The Michael Phelps bong picture was actually at the Sigma Nu frat house here at USC. Just a little fun fact.
