Color-matched glove box decals - Now available

Infero should be cut and ready to sell by Tuesday or Wednesday.

 

They can be removed by using a sharp pick to carefull pry up an edge of the decals enough to grab and pull off.

 

In for the inferno to go with my dash trim and seat stiching.

 

Any timetable for the Blue ones?

 

If all goes to plan I will have the following colors listed in my eBay store by Tuesday or Wednesday:

White
Red (close to Barcelona Red)
Silver Grey Metallic
Red Orange (close to Inferno)
Light Brown (close to QS and the leather-trimmed dash panel)
Azure Blue (close to BBP)
Chrome

Please note that while the vinyl color might not match the paint color exactly, the letters are small enough that the variance would not be very noticable.

I was going to price them at $10 on eBay but since 90% of my customers are TW members I just lowered the price to make my bookkeeping easier. They will be $6 for two sets (one full spare set incase of do-overs) plus $3 for tracked shipping.

 

How will we apply them? Simply peel and stick?

 

I will include detailed instructions just like I did with the tailgate decals. The wet method works well for these.

How well will these stick to the hard plastic?

 

The inside of the letters are smooth enough to provide good adhesion for the decals. Given that, and that they are somewhat protected in the recessed letters, and the quality of the vinyl I am using (it doesn't shrink), I am confident they will last for at least several years.

I will be shipping two complete sets of letters with each order so if you get it right the first time just throw the second set in the glove box to use if/when the first set looses adhesion.
