Post up your color matched interior trim pics.

Used adhesion promotor, color matched spray paint and matte clear coat from the home improvement store. Could use a sanding and recoat of the clear coat, but didn't have time before a road trip.

Looks really nice. Your post in the "what did you do to your 3rd gen today" thread is what pushed me to create this post. :hattip:

Did the paint match the exterior color pretty well? Looks like it from here.

Haha. Been wanting to do this a while now. The color does match it pretty close but heres a pic of it with the car. You can see its a bit more of a vodoo blue color.

Nice! What brand of paint did you use? Mind sharing your process?

    Used duplicolor. Super white, Nissan
I took the dash/ bezel off and separated it all. Cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and just sprayed it lightly, let dry, light spray again... I think I did 4 or 5 passes. Took almost 2 cans. I didnt go all out as I wasnt sure I was going to like it. I do, so I just left it as is for now.

They are silicone wedding rings. Get size 13... I got 14 and they are loose, fall off if I hit big bump.

Thank you for the info. So I guess sanding is not required?

Did you have to sand down the trim pieces?

Love this, thanks for posting a pic! I had been thinking of doing the same thing in red, but I wasn't sure how I'd like it.

Been looking all over for Calvary blue rattle paint to do this and grill bezel projects. Cant find. Anyone know of a rattle can paint code thats dead ringer to Calvary? I can get away a little variance for interior bezel trims but when were talking about the grill, the bezel sits next to the factor paint and needs to match.
