Still love my Nautical Blue Metallic after two years. I think it looks great both when it's clean and when it's dirty or muddy.

I originally wanted MGM but not much of a choice when you buy used. My 08 had 36k miles on it, TRD O/R V6, DCSB for $23k. It had everything I wanted other than 4x4 and color but I talked them down and got it out the door for $22k with taxes, title, and fees. If I ever get rid of this for a new one then I would either go with MGM or White. But I do see myself years from now wrapping this one in a satin black or painting it satin black

I also have the black and wish I had the white. I live on a dirt road and all the little nicks and dings are starting to really show.

My first Tacoma was black. I didn't like it because of all the heat kept in the cab. So instead of buying a new Tacoma, I painted it! :p

Was originally gonna get silver but a mix up happened at the port and an MGM showed up instead (everything else was the same). Super happy the mistake happened. Love my MGM.

How much did that cost you to paint? I may go that route eventually, but not till I really need it. I wouldn't want to cheap out on something like that either.

You got that backwards. Light colors reflect more light than dark.

The pyrite mica is great...Bought the wife a 2012 Rav4 in this color. Really like it.

Couldn't see getting my new 14 Tacoma in the same color...just didn't seem like it would look good in the garage...so I got the Silver Sky and have no regrets. I had a 2006 Silver Streak and liked the silver then...better silver now.

I was trying to avoid silver when I bought the Tacoma, but it keeps finding me...

When I was shopping for my truck, my preferred color was Pyrite Mica, but it's a pretty rare color so it was on the "nice to have" list and not the "must have" list. I ended up with silver, which I do like since it always looks clean and hides swirls and scratches well, which is really nice for something you plan to treat like a truck.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
My only regret with my black truck is how good it looks all the time. Be it clean, dirty, or scuffed.

Funny, my wife and I are matching. She rolls a T4R in MGM. She wanted black leather and that was the color that had it. Good thing I still like MGM.

3 years in, my white is holding up well. Rock chips are everywhere though, due to the tires being way outside the fenders. Rhinolined body panels will be in the plan eventually.
