The only regret I have is that Toyota no longer uses this colour for their Tacos.

I traded in my '05 DC in Dark Blue- that color really held up and looked good even after some hail damage and 207K miles. I was looking hard at the Spruce Mica for my '14, but would have had to wait a while for a DC OR.

I ended up with a Pyrite Mica DC OR and it carrys dirt really well (didn't want to have to be anal on washing it). When I see a Spruce Mica truck, it still turns my head though.

Bought a Blue Ribbon Metallic after deciding I had enough of "base" colors (Black, White and Silver)...It's a very nice color, one I honestly do not see at all here on Long Island. But...if I were to do it all over again...I'd probably wind up with Pyrite. I almost bought a TRD-OR, but the BRM was a Long Bed and I liked the monochrome exterior of the Sport so...that's all she wrote.

I ordered exactly what I wanted, including color (Blue Ribbon Metallic). Sometimes I envy my second choice (pyrite mica) because dirt doesn't show up on it, but I'm a big fan of the blue and the ladies seem to love it.

I love my Pyrite, it's my second one. Occasionally I start thinking I should have gotten MGM, but then i see my truck in the driveway and I fall in love again.

My 2007 was silver. Loved it because it didn't show dirt or minor imperfections in the paint. I was torn between silver and MGM when shopping for my 2013. Ending opting for a new look and going with MGM. Absolutely love the color and look of the truck but I really miss the ease of keeping my silver truck looking clean.

MGM is just dark enough for me to notice every minor scratch. Since I use my truck as a truck, I'm kind of wishing I'd gone with silver or waited for the 2015 silver....that color is awesome!

I was looking for a Limited in white but could only find it in black. I can live with it.

    Love my white.

My favorite colored vehicle in some ways was my safety orange work van with the caution lights.

It was invisible in the sense of being so visible.
Nobody never questioned its presence anywhere.

Seriously MGM almost looks black, especially at night. Love that color, they had an MGM Sport DC sitting next to my SSM Off-Road, and admitting I like the (Sport Appearance ) pkg .vs the Chrome accents on my Off-Road, I chose the SSM, Off Road because well.....at the end of the day, I valued the Off-Road features e-locker, a-trac over the sporty looks.

Also, my SSM truck almost looks like gray, most people call it that anyway, and I have to tell them it's actually silver.

Love my MGM... Some days I wish I would have gotten white but then I just look at my MGM again and I'm good to go!

My four vehicles before this were Black and I could keep them looking good, but it was a lot of work. The SSM looks just washed for almost a week as long as it doesn't rain and you don't go offroad.

Yesterday, I ordered my new 2015 4x4 Double Cab Limited in Pyrite Mica.

My last new Toyota was a new green 1997 T100, which I loved. I would have bought green again if it were available. Still not positive I made the right color choice!!

Your choice on Pyrite Mica was a good one... Limited... Not so much. ;)

If you like green did you see if any dealers had any leftover Spruce Micas?

I thought I wanted a Blue Ribbon but my gut said dirt and scratches will be an issue one day. Sure enough, saw a BR this morning on the way to work and it really shows when dirty.
