Color Regret

Oh no im fully aware lol, I really just wanted the tacoma and impulsed / fomod it. Then after the fact the above mentioned things hit me.

 

sometimes i regret, most days i don't.

 

I got black and have been happy with her so far. Got tint as well to help with the heat. The only other color I would have considered is timberland mica which isn’t offered… but should be.
The MBM really is the best color, when clean anyway.
If you end up trading yours in for another color, don’t forget to swap/sell your kewl scooped hood

 

I love the look of a clean waxed black finish. Government officials and gangsters all drive black vehicles and would look stupid in white or or something like voodoo blue. All considered though, I wouldn't trade my Cement for a Black truck. Cement, will stay clean looking the longest and that is important to me.

Agreed, the blazing blue I wanted sold the day before I was able to drive up to check it out and buy it. They had a Barcelona Red though...and I am happy the blue was gone. I still like the blue ones I see, but the Barcelona Red with TRD/Blackout accents looks so good.

 

I'm not reading all the comments. Go talk to the dealership and see what they can do for you on a new one. The used car market is so stupid right now that you might get darn near what you paid for it back.

 

mine is white, picked that because does not show the dirt and stays cooler.
no regrets.

That Barcelona Red looks amazing much better than blue IMO. OP I went with black too and I love it, still understand what your saying about the heat and dirty appearance though. Taco_Coma is right you could get it wrapped would probably look great and then you could just have the wrap removed when you get tired of it.

 

Intentionally bought silver sky to hide scratches plus it’s beautiful if maintained correctly like black. This is Clayed and 3 coats of Rejex. 1 coat every 24 hours for 3 days… also polished frame and suspension parts.
