Anyone got a good drywall guy/gal? We took out a wall and need the drywall in the ceiling replaced. Gave it ago ourselves but it's not sitting right.

Finally got to print something useful.
A month ago, I installed an automatic opener on a city building in preparation for upcoming voting. Had to be ADA accessible.
There was this box/mount on the exterior wall that nobody had a clue as to what it was for, and it was in the way of the actuator button. Decision was made by others to remove it and move forward with the project.
So I did, and into the landfill it went.
Yesterday I received no less than 7 calls regarding this box.
It's for a wireless doorbell that is only used during certain events. It was installed without City approval, but they said if I could make something they would be happy if it shut the customer up.
Here is what it was. It's the button with the mount on the right.

So I made this.

after making all these. One sample to see if it would fit, one prototype that didn't work, another that was a fuck up, and another that I changed a setting on and it was no good either.
The bottom two are the finished product, the black is PETG and will be going on the wall.

 

I remember @Wulf saying how much they loved doing the drywall in their old garage…

Can anyone recommend the best place to buy some steel on the south side of Denver? Looking for some angle iron and some square tube. I want to make a target stand.

I started my frame plate and suspension upgrade about a month ago. Finally she’s back on all fours.
