Luckily it seems to really only be the bumper cosmetically, I'm going to take it off this weekend and inspect it more. It drove fine on the way home so there's that. Looking at the lil b fab hybrid bumper as an upgrade. Sucks though, I was about to buy new uca's, now I'm debating which I buy first...

That blows.. definitely have your LCA, UCS, shocks, axle, etc all looked at. May not be noticeable but if they smacked your tire it could of bent some things

Performed some diy project and experimentation this spring. I insulated my 3rd bay garage door with polyiso board. I was waiting to do the main door until the summer to see if it was worth the trouble. I'd say it's worth the meticulous trouble. Not bad for 50$ worth of board

Just got off the phone with insurance, going to get it inspected and go from there. Hopefully everything's ok mechanically.

Honestly man, it's pretty easy to DIY. You have the tools? I'd be down to help ya out for some beer when I'm done with my suspension update if not. Oh I forgot though, if you don't have the springs compressed, you can call around for really any shop that has a compressor. That is one thing I won't do, even places like Autozone might have one they'd let you use / do it for you. Not 100% sure.

THIS is the best gen. Best approach/departure/break-over angles, best gas mileage, most power.

This will probably be my last costal bumper build after their customer service treatment due to them sending me the wrong bumper. It took a month to get it resolved and the correct bumper to me.

Have been looking at an e-bike for a few weeks. Price started at $1399.99.
On sale for $999.00, not only on Amazon, but also on the company website.
Last night the timer started counting down on the deal expiration.
Ended up falling asleep, decided I didn't really need another bike.
This morning, another $300 off was offered.
Hard to say no to a $1400 e-bike for $700.
    It'll be here next week.

FYI - most bike shops will not work on any e-bikes that have hub motors and also a lot of non-name brand motor/battery configurations. Their liability insurance won’t cover them if they have an issue caused by bikes with bad electronics and catch on fire. They won’t even change a flat or other non-electric motor/battery/wiring issues due to this.

Researching these e-bikes, they are as hated among the pedal pushers as much as we dislike the SxS's on the trails. As I get older, I still want to ride, but not necessarily break a sweat pedaling. Just some light cardio.:D Maybe a quick rip to Taco Bell and back.
There are 3 levels of e-bike. Level 1 is pedal assist only up to 20mph, no throttle
Level 2 is pedal assist up to 20mph, throttle limited to 20mph.
Both of those are allowed on Fort Collins bike trails. But not the dirt trails, paved only.
Level 3 is pedal assist and throttle that limits out around 25-28mph.
Those are allowed on the street, bike lanes on the streets, but not trails and CPW allows them anywhere a regular car/truck/motorcycle can go, but not on the MTN bike trails.
SWA land is the same as CPW
Lori State Park allows level three e-bikes on all it's trails, might actually have to get the pass. Sucks that I just renewed the truck plates and opted out of that pass.
Above 30mph with a throttle seems to be currently a gray area, maybe considered a motorcycle, pedals or not.
