Not the same. I was able to make a choice on that. And I do pedal, it's just not as strenuous. I can feel the burn after 20 miles as opposed to 1 mile and I get to see more. :D
If I use the throttle all the time, I forget it's a bicycle and that the left lever is NOT a clutch.

I like the irony of complaining that a convenience machine is getting too convenient to use.

Real OGs hand-wash their dishes. Probably with lye. If your hands don't burn your dishes ain't clean!

Dishwashers use less water, better for the environment. You sound like that matters to you. :D

I have a feeling it may just be this King Soopers, as it caters to the spandex crowd. There really isn't much of a selection on anything.
I suppose I could try the big one on the North end of town, but there is a complete lack of spandex in there. It's a conundrum.

I spend more on the non plastic pods. But that’s just a drop in the bucket of micro/nano- plastics.

The company for which I work is starting new (to us) testing for plastics in water and food.

    It’s absurd.

There’s a reason why we evolve.

You’re all (except Brett) too young to remember using powdered hand soap in school.

It was basically the cheapest/coarsest Ajax.

Pretty sure there were no cleaning properties to the soap other than pure exfoliation.

You’d leave the sink and your hands would be raw pink with splotches of surface bleeding.

Posting this here for more traction than my previous thread but does anybody know of any good trails to go leaf peeping away from the crowds close-ish to Denver? I've got some family flying in late September and I'd like to explore the less traveled roads to scratch that fall color itch. TIA!

Kenosha Pass is a fairly easy trail you could do in a stock taco with great aspen groves. Make sure to check for any fire-OHV restrictions, as of this post it says its open. There is a gate you can (legally) open (and close behind you). My profile pic is from there in 2022.

Holy crap I forgot about those.
