No banks are calling you to confirm your account numbers, balance, address, etc. they have that info. Be smart, don’t get phished.

Some scammers have gotten pretty sophisticated and from what I understand call ID spoofing is comically easy. Did they ask you to call back to a different number? That's about the biggest red flag possible.

That was a common thing for a minute. You'd think anyone with any sense would know that's not right, but I guess the target demographic is low on sense. Some folks probably thought it was themself from the future or something.

I used to get so many calls from pissed off people because some lowlife loser twat was spoofing my number to scam call people at all hours of the day/night.

Ended up chatting with one dude for awhile after explaining what spoofing was, lol

My 13 (or maybe 15) year hunt for 1st gen limited seats is finally over.

Overall in very good shape with the exception of the driver’s side base fabric.

Bonus: it’s the exact gray interior of my 01-04.

But as you can see to the left…in true fashion I have a spare base and back cushion of a limited seat that I scored for free last year.

Plan is to remove the fabric from the spare base cushion and put it on the newly acquired seat. Because the latter’s foam is in perfect condition while the spare foam is a bit flattened in the bolster.

Better plan it for before it gets too cold... Or is your garage heated?

Not a ton of progress this weekend. Got the axle in for first test fit, ran out of wire around 3... The 44 pound spool lasted me a year or so.

Precision eyecrometer. It already crab walks so... I'm not super stoked about the front hanger in this kit, I might French them into the frame for a lower ride height.

The waggy has new 4.88s and zip air locker, chromoly axles, high steer knuckles and arms, big bearing spindles and stock spindles, 5 lung and 6 lug hubs, brakes, all sorts of extra wheel bearings and misc parts, spare knuckles spare shafts ect. Looking for 2k.
