Anyone aware of a ball joint kit for TC LCA's? My uniballs failed and are dragging after 6 months, with only 2 times on dirt. I believe they are 1" uniballs so would any 1" ball joint work pressed in place? I've found varying answers out there..

Should be a 16t spherical bearing.

FK makes them, and they are sold in varying materials and tolerances. COM16t would be the cheapest. I bet they ship them with stainless ones though, which will be SSX16t or something along those lines..

Uniballs for LCAs suck out here, they collect dirt/mud/snow way too easily and get fucked. I was replacing mine every year and they were cooked, as you mentioned, with only a few trips. Sell em and get arms with ball joints (assuming stock length), Dirt King and BTF are options. I dont think you can swap a BJ into a uni cup without cutting it off or modifying it.

Yep, my UCAs unis and heims hold up fine though, the LCAs just get so much more exposure to the elements. Heims didn't last for shit on the LCAs in the rear either, a greaseable joint has been soooo much better, I have been using Ballistic joints with great success

You can fake that with a drill connected to the speedo gear.

man, my TC UCA unis literally fill with road grime and creak after maybe 3 weeks. Clean, tri-flow, and repeat 3 weeks later. It's worse in the winter.

Don't worry though, I've had Delta Joint retrofits sitting on my desk for over a year because I'm lazy.

I think non DD parked indoors with maintenance required after each outing.

Wanted to get the DK's but was in a time crunch, thus limited to what was in stock in the metro area(the TC). Knew uniballs sucked but didn't think they'd start to die after 6 months of basically daily driving. I even lubed them monthly. Hoping to make the truck a weekend warrior soon and not have to worry about it being my DD.

There any decent free drawing programs out there y'all would recommend for drawing up basement blue prints for permits?

If you have a modern iPhone, you can use the LiDar sensor in it and just walk around and it will build a model for you. There’s software that will spit out floor plans from that.
