It's a bit high but to go all the way around them will take more time and technique. Maybe he is going to let the frame cool down in between welds which is why he needs it overnight.

My body has had 1 day off from being beat on and I feel great. At least next weekend I get two days off!!

 

I have a mig 100 that you can use for free. It sucks but hey.... it's free to use.

 

Tried the Twin Peaks over by Flatiron, wasn't impressed at all. Ranch sucks, food sucks, and the girls aren't fit, they are just skinny. They had a lot of foot ball games on though.

 

I don't want my girls to be able to bench press me. I like skinny.

 

No matter how fit the chic, she'll never be able to bench your fat ass.

Fat ass here at 238. No girl is benching me.

 

I would have to cardio for 22 months straight in the desert to get down to 238lbs so as long as I don't hook up with an Olympic power lifter I should be good.

Yeah 215 is where I stay normally. I gains a bunch after my last injury but worked my ass off to get back down. Now I'm back to an hour of working out 5 days a week.

 

215-220lbs was w/o a doubt the best shape of my life. I laugh when I see a picture of myself w/o a shirt then and remember how fat I thought I was.

Yeah, it happens I findmy self getting older and actually having to watch what I eat and work out harder. Sucks, and I'm not even that old yet.

 

Yeah I can relate to that. But I am happy.
