up in the fort for a few days, anyone want to grab a beer someday this week after work?

 

Yep, they have that option. Bigger checks/no pay over summer or smaller checks but pay year round, at least from what I remember.

Yep, staying at a holiday inn. Anyone watching top gear now? They are on some trail in co, wondering where it is/what trail.

 

Roommate is hogging the tv for an episode of "Tanked", ugh, I have deleted all of my DVR recordings because either "Tanked", "Pickers", "Pawnstars" or some other stupid reality show about a regular everyday business is being recorded.

On a lighter note: Fo Co fo sho? I am just a little ways south, but go to school up there!

 

I could probably meet for a quick beer tomorrow or thurs night. Lemme know. You have any favorite places up here?

Not sure of any places up here. Yes wheeling, but it looks like a great place for pictures. I sent a text to my buddy who films for them, waiting for a reply.

 

I will think about where we might go. Maybe just go to the new Belgium tasting room for a couple sample trays.

Huh, interesting. I too had shitty beer from a Fort Collins brewer (Odell's). Had a 5 Barrel two weeks ago at Old C's in Fort Collins and it was flat, bland, and tasted like a hoppy Bud Light. I don't live in CO to drink f'in hoppy Bud Light! In the mean time though, I am enjoying my 3rd Sawtooth, and it makes me happy.

And, hey, if anyone decides to actually grab a beer could they post it here? I go to school at Front Range, maybe it'd just work out that my Calc class is too much and I need a stress reliever?

 

I am a fan of the older Top Gear. For whatever reason, and it probably dates back to watching the Vintage races at Watkins Glenn in NY, I've always loved people who converse with British accents when talking about cars. Whether it's the "bonnet", the "boot", the "windscreen", etc, I have always enjoyed watching shows along those lines. One of my recent favorites is wheeler-dealers. Surprisingly, they do a decent amount of DIY work on cars, and always show you issues with whatever car they happen to purchase. Hooray for shows like Top Gear and Wheeler-Dealers, as the "pimp-my-ride" and even some shows on SPEED channel have turned into little more than "this is what's cool, go have a shop install it" television.

 

Man check out for a day and you guys try to solve the worlds problems.

Mandate higher education for football players. Requiring them to hire everyday school teachers over the summer at $30 an hour 8 hours a day, 4 days a week. On day 5 everybody get stoned on legalized MJ at the state capital while tossing stones on our government officials to toughen them up.

That's the ticket.
