    Yea they're easy for me to pass but I'm shooting for a maximum in each event. I'm close, the run I crush, situps I'm near max, pushups I'm near 90%. If you wanna look up the standards just google army PT test.
    I still get nervous prior though haha

    Mr cardio cab't run?! I'm aiming for a 11:50 2 mile :D
    My pushups are harder cuz my arms are so lengthy, makes it harder to lock elbows and I burn out quicker.

    I use the stairs or recumbent bike for cardio.
    Luckily having T-Rex length arms allows more push ups lol

    I slowed to pace my buddy to finish under 13:00. Scored 286 of 300
    My hip flexers burned out, I suck at situps
