I wonder if that cross member for the Tcase skid has to be welded on the Bud skid?

    1. Next, place the trans skid on the floor, and put the Budbuilt cross-member on top of it. Using 3 of the short carriage bolts and lock nuts provided, loosely mount the cross-member to the skid plate. The cross-member should be oriented so that the cross bar is toward the front of the vehicle.

    Yep everything is bolt on...

Just got an e-mail back from bud, great response time I sent one in like 30 min ago. Everything is bolt on. As for the T-case if you get the exhaust rerouted, you just reomve the spacer and it gives you another 1.25 inches of clearence

A small handful of select mods.
Powder coat is a good base coat for any steel item. After that if you scrape it up you can rattle can it to keep it from rusting.

The guy that powder coated my wheels does a great job and has good prices too. You might just consider buying raw steel and powder coating them here.

    Check out: http://www.pristinepc.com/

If and when I do my T case skid and rear bumper he will be getting my work.

does anyone here have a all-pro tcase skid? wondering if you ever had an issue with that scoop (exhaust kickdown) catching on anything while wheeling?
