Cause my bud chucked a fountain drink or something at another driver pretty lame

 

Yea, here we go. Littering, throwing missiles at vehicles etc. You got hit with 18 code violations and 42 code violations.

 

Kids dad is CEO of ball corp so he shouldn't have a problem paying me back for the fines

Throwing a missile at a vehicle is a petty offense, however, being as you are under 18 and you allowed an occupant in the vehicle to not wear a seat belt, according to state code, that is a summons only violation and worth 2 points.

It reads:

42-2-105.5 (3) Operator under 18 (not wearing seat belt/allowed occupants without seat belts....)

Interesting. They appear to be cracking the whip on the young ones. Not bad. They are trying to engrave a point in you so that you never F*** up again. It's not fun but what occurred really happened and you got caught. So now you are punished.

Yes we all know you are a good young adult but you let your friend get away with some stupid shit we all have probably done in the past. Best thing to do is learn from this and adjust for the future. Oh and charge your " friend" interest daily, compounding, until he pays you back.

 

Yeah the issue really was him tossing whatever at another car. The seat belt thing was just a bonus. When you toss something at another car like that you never know how that driver will react. It could have caused a serious accident.

 

I agree with both, not trying to sound like a jackass but there's a lot of more dangerous things you can do on the road then hit someone's rear bumper with a drink

 

Next time your friend rides with you, make him sit in the back seat and use the child safety switch for the windows.

 

If my friends did things like this they wouldn't be my friends... especially if it meant I ended up in court over it.

Methinks there's more to this story though.

then the payback is the front seat driver rips and locks all the windows in the up position, i have a bunch of crappy friends dont i? ha ha ha
