    So Brandon, myself, and another buddy did some drunk research last night. If you freeze a bag of pop corn before you pop it, it will pop more and leave less in popped kernels at the end. We went through a whole box of popcorn and had OB go get us another box hahah.

    Nice, what's your goals and ETA to finishing. When I did my camaro years ago I didn't have a plan and I kept sinking money into it instead of just setting a goal with it and finishing it I was constantly changing something.

    I got a 400 sbc punched 30 over, flat top pistons, vortech heads. Before I put the vortech heads on the engine was in a '64 Nova and it pushed that lead weight to a 12.5 1/4 mile (it had 76cc smog heads = horrible compression). I got the whole engine, rebuilt with 7 runs and a good break in on it for $600, this thing is gonna be beastly. I am hoping for sub-11 1/4 times, I just got done buying/building my rear end (r200) so that should hold up to the power. Aside from sub-11's, I just want a cruiser street/strip nastiness. The car was built before I bought it, triple webers, sway bars, lowered, a few hop up mods from the late 80's, so I just need to get the engine in, make a driveshaft, and try to not kill myself.

    Separate note: :Lady friend just left because I was deep in this engine install and completely forgot about our "date night" slash do-what-she-wants-night, it obviously doesn't involve Datsun rebuilds...:(

    Friend of mine had a build like that, cept it was an MG not a Z car. Put a turbo'd Nissan R spec Sentra motor in there and lowered it all nice, new interior, wheels etc. It was a frickin sweet little car.

    So pissed. I can't adjust my coulovers because the douche that installed welded the set screw hex hole. The other side can be adjusted. any ideas?

    I was going to try that here in a min but worried that it will be seized from the heat or carryover from the filler welded it to the shock. Haven't put the rears on yet but plan to soon.

    Anyone know off hand if the lower control arm ball joint is press fit in? I need to replace and after taking the clip off that is what it looks like.
