    Speaking of fixing shit, Subaru has a turbo'd FA20 (BRZ motor) in a Legacy in Japan....

    86 mm bore, 86 mm stroke, 1998 cc but 10.5.1 compression...300 hp, 295 ft lbs torque.

    The BRZ shares all the same number except it has 12.5.1 compression...I wonder what they did to make it different.

    Yeah keeping things with the auto maker is good. When I did my fp turbo swap and 4in straight pipe all the way out it made it a heck of a lot faster but my buddy always had it tweaking things on it.

    I'm sure you could just do a custom magma flow, or flow pro from exhaust pros and it would sound fine. I'm not a fan of flow masters sound on 90% of vehicles.

    What brand? Because you may be able to custom for cheaper. I had the invidia turbo back on mine at first then we made a custom for half the price with the same performance. Then I sold my invidia.

    Sounds good. I'm sure you can replicate it though. That throaty sound is just the boxer motor man they sound bad ass with just about any exhaust.
