Just sold my stock front bumper to a guy who said he hit a boulder going 35mph. Dang his bumper was messed up.

Best buy in loveland rules! Went in on thursday night to look around, its one of my favorite stores (second to Microcenter in denver). They had an Alpine ive-w535hd on sale for 524.99 so i go up to the register and this nice lady helps me, and somehow pulls up the pricing for the same unit at the FoCo store, and its priced at 384.99, and they matched it!, anyway, couldnt say no and i have a new deck! just waiting for the $200 in wiring and install stuff to get here tuesday...

 

Fuck Best Buy in Loveland.

(Warning: childish rant ahead)

It's run by a bunch of idiot meat heads that don't know the first thing about customer service. A while back I spotted a price error on the Best Buy website and proceeded to buy all that they had in stock. I drove all the way to the store (I'm like 20min+ due west in the foothills) and when I get there I'm greeted by an assistant manager who tells me I can't have the items that I paid for because they don't have them. Unbeknownst to them I went to the back of the store and confirmed all six items that I ordered were locked up on the shelf. I told him I wasn't satisfied and he called in his manager. The manager (name removed to protect the ignorant) greeted me in what was very clearly a fight or flight posture out of the gate. He proceed to tell me that they didn't have them (after having an employee go hide them in the back) and called me a liar and every name in the book. At one point I asked him if he was going to swing on my because he was shaking and squaring up to me like a fight was about to happen. The entire time I kept a calm, quiet and professional tone and never disrespected anyone. I told him I wasn't leaving until I got the products I paid for and he decided to call the security guards. I told him to please do so because I was not comfortable with how I was being confronted by the person in charge when all I wanted was to give them money for products they had clearly priced on the website. Not my fault they made a price mistake and he should have just eaten that 'loss' in the name of customer service. My buddy that was with me was amazed at not only how he was treating me but also that I was calm and level headed the entire time. He said his adrenaline was pumping and he genuinely though that the guy was going to throw a punch at me at any moment. The funny part is when mall security showed up they monitored the situation for a little bit before escorting me out. Once outside they said that they were contracted by them so they had to escort me out (which I was completely fine with at this point) but they were on my side 100% and couldn't believe he was acting like that. I proceeded to contact the store's GM the next day and we even went in to talk to him about the whole situation. Needless to say it was obvious from the onset that the two guys were gym buddies and nothing would be done about our complaint. Now I only use that store to buy things that I know I'm going to return to make extra work for them.

I'll end this rant by saying: Fuck Best Buy Loveland!

 

But it still was a heck of a deal. im sorry your experience was bad, nowadays a lot of people dont know the real meaning of customer service. I have been into best buy before and they dont even acknowledge my presence, i still go back because i am such a geek.

 

Please refrain from advertising for them on the BS thread then. We're handling important business up in herrr. You got a one-off good deal at a shitty store. The end.
