Joey (Tonto27) might be interested in joining us too. However, I am not sure that Bald will be open. Sevenmile is the only trail that is listed to be open year round up here. I know that Bald Mt is linked to it, and it may not have a gate that is locked, but it still may be closed. You have to watch out for those trails too, cuz if you get caught it is a significant fine.

    Edit- It is closed :(

    Yep, sounds familiar.

Speaking of drinking, we met some friends over at Grimm Brothers Brewery in Loveland last night. First time I've been there and WOW do they have some good beers. I highly suggest trying it out. Steve made some holsters for the owners so they blessed us with some free brew and take-home brew so that was cool too. Good group of guys and fantastic beer!

Tow straps work wonders as long as you have people to go with :D

They sure do, I have been pulled out with one of those a couple times just this winter. The one thing I try to avoid is ice. if neither truck has traction, it doesn't matter what you have if its not a winch.

A bumper here, some tires there..... you know, stuff.
Sevenmile is probably pretty wet with a few icy spots right now. Still fun though. It does close for a bit in spring for the run off. But usually only for a few weeks. Just something to keep an eye out for
