    Colorado does do the visual, and I would have to guess that with the sniffer on the tail pipe that the vehicle will not pass without cats. I have not had my truck emissions tested yet but I have been trying to get my Samurai to pass and they do a visual every time I take it in.

    Yeah but if it was a rafting tour you didn't Hit the meat on the 4 or the 5 I can assure you they skirted the hard hits. We flipped and there were 4 professional rafters this weekend hitting the meat of the rapid in our boat. And if it was a tour it was Not record water. They can't even go into the gorge over 3000cfs.
