Now there's a place I would / could never live, DOWNTOWN. Maybe back when I was single and 22 but no way in adult life.

The talent down there though...I could see why some do!

I'm married with a 10month old lol. So the talent does me no good. But I like ridding my bike to everything. We are looking at a house in the burbs though.. Will be sad day to move but it will happen.

    They are indeed that.

Had my FJ to them many times over the years. They love it when I walk in the door.

Thanks! Its definitely not for everybody, or even most sane people.

I can swing the M-F, hell, I do the M-Sun usually, but I have no idea how people work year-round. I need some time to regain my sanity and enjoy my hobbies and family.

please, ha ha haha i went to where someone of my wife and my salary's could get a house that wasnt 500K in the city limits. Stapleton is WAY over what we could afford, hell condo's in Stapleton go for more than my house cost.

I lived in Broomfeild when i first moved out here, way to windy for me up in those parts, and Golden? you wanna talk about high class, you might as well move to boulder :D:D:D:D

I feel confident being the voice of the group when I say:
You are a lucky bastard that should be mowing all of our lawns so that we can solely drink on the weekends.
