    Well boys I'm f'd for a while. Doc took 100cc of fluid off my knee and said my ACL is gone. Not just torn gone. Wtf! So therapy for 2 weeks to get range of motion back and swelling down then in doc's words "reconstruction".

    FML!!!!!!

    I had a cadaver tendon put in mine 10+ years ago and my knee is probably as good as it can be (minus the cartilage damage.) Just make sure to do the physical therapy.
